Software Installation
After you buy software from Soundswest, you'll get an email with a download link and serial number to activate the software.
When you click the download link in your email
1. A windows will open that asks if you would like to Open or Save - Click Save
2. At this time the program is saved to a folder on your computer named Downloads. (Tip - You can open this folder from your Web Browser Tools Menu)
3. Double click the file with the name of your program. It will be a zip file (ie RadionX.zip)
4. Click Install_Name_of_Program.zip , whwere name of program is the name of the program you purchased
5. Follow the installer instructions.
Note* Depending on your Windows settings, a window may pop up asking if you want to allow an "unknown publisher" to install a program. Click Allow.
The first time you run the software, you will see a box that asks you for your serial number. Enter your serial number from the email we sent and click the Activate button. That's all there is to it.
Payments
All payments for software are made through PayPal. Soundswest is a verified USA business. We use PayPal, because they are the most safe and secure payment processor on the Internet. They accept all credit cards and PayPal payments. No PayPal account is required to make purchases from Soundswest, because we are a verified business.
Apps and App Puchases
All apps at this time are purchased on the Apple iTunes Store or iTunes Connect. Apple handles all payments and store functions.
